Healthy Vegan Smoothie Recipe for Glowing Skin!

Hey Lovelies!

Anyone struggling with acne and complexion problems? Sometimes it feels like I’m the only one! I’m pretty low maintenance with makeup, as I’d much rather have a minimal morning routine, and less of a need to buy expensive products. Sometimes my skin is at war with me and maintaining that beautiful bronzer glow and glistening skin seems like an uphill battle. I’ve changed my skin care routine quite a bit lately and I’m getting better with my eating habits (self admitted chocolate fiend lol). While moisturizers, toners, and makeup can do the trick, it turns out that what you put into your body matters just as much if not more in maintaining a healthy complexion.

Some of the essential vitamins to healthy and gorgeous skin are Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Antioxidants, which protects your skin from cell damage, promotes collagen production, and can reduce those pesky brown spots. I love this smoothie because all of the ingredients in it are loaded with these essential vitamins and it’s dairy free!

This smoothie recipe is filled with nutrients and vitamins that pack a powerful beauty boosting punch, and it’s also delicious! Lets sip our way to beauty together!


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Half of a Mango
  • 1 Cup of Strawberries
  • Ice Cubes (optional)


  • Place all ingredients into the blender
  • Blend until ingredients reach a smooth consistency.
  • ENJOY!

  1. This looks fabulous! I’m always making smoothies but find I something just make the same thing over and over again. Luckily, I have all those ingredients on hand right now so I’m going to go make myself a smoothie right now!
